Airport operator Swedavia is looking for companies to partner on the development of logistics facilities at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
The airport is currently developing a 144,400 sq m Cargo City around 1 km from Arlanda that it said would become a new centre for cargo, logistics and industry.
“With 1 km to Sweden’s largest airport and good accessibility to transport routes on the ground, it is an optimal location for companies that need efficient premises and facilities,” Swedavia said.
The operator’s real estate arm, named Real Estate, is looking for one or more partners to develop the area, with a building right 58,000 sq m.
“Swedavia sees great advantages in collaborating with one or more actors who have good competence and experience in property development with a focus on logistics and/or industry,” Swedavia said. “Real Estate is primarily looking for one or more partners for long-term work in one or more joint venture companies.”
